Canberra Student Lodge comprises three levels of sophisticated student accommodation with sixty three(63) studios of various configurations, four(4) two bedrooms plus study and eight(8) three bedroom apartments of the highest caliber in design and comfort. A lift is included servicing all floors with provision for disability access. There are 29 car and 56 bicycle parking spaces as well as separate visitor parking at basement level. The basement itself is located partially above ground in order to achieve natural through ventilation. A common laundry room is located in the basement. A modern kitchen and dining room is located on the ground level. Bus parking is zoned directly outside Canberra Student Lodge to cater for multiple tour buses. There are rooms made available for bus drivers and supervising teachers.
